This critical role requires a seasoned professional with strong business acumen, leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving financial performance and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Company CFO, the Head of FP&A will play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy and operational success.Your role in our teamYou will partner closely with the leadership team to drive financial performance across key metrics, including Volume, EBIT, EVA, and working capital.You will lead the company’s planning cycles, including risk management processes and the development of multiple financial scenarios to ensure proactive decision-making.You will develop and implement KPIs to provide leadership with clear insights into business performance, driving accountability and continuous improvement.You will champion process optimization through initiatives like RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.You will build and foster strong business relationships across the organization, developing creative strategies to address constraints and pursue growth opportunities.You will apply advanced analytical techniques to gain deeper insights into business challenges, driving root cause analysis and recommending data-driven solutions.You willmaintain close cooperation with our headquarters in Germany to align strategies and ensure cohesive global financial management.Your profileYou have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.You have extensive experience with automation tools and technologies, such as AI and RPA, to streamline financial processes.You have strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial concepts, practices, and performance management metrics.You have demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams with a focus on motivation, development, and performance management.You have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, with a proven ability to manage complex financial operations and deliver results.Eligible applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
