Your role in our team:

• You will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management and general ledger entries.
• You will prepare and analyze financial statements, actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
• You will manage contract and purchase order intake, tracking, reporting and management.
• You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• You will conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• You will assist in the preparation of external audits.
• You will maintain banking relationships, reconcile bank statements, resolve discrepancies.
• You will monitor cash flow and manage financial risks.
• You will collaborate with other departments and parent company to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• You will provide support during the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.

Your profile:

• You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• You have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Your proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required.
• Your professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Your proficiency in SAP is a plus.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You posses excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
