Your role in our team
- You will be in charge of machine builds from start to finish.
- You will direct and delegate tasks to technicians working on the project.
- You will ensure the customer’s machine has a quality cosmetic appearance upon completion.
- You will perform trouble shooting, testing, and repairs.
- You will review project timelines to ensure schedule is being met.
- You will give recommendations for mechanical and electrical design changes.
- You will review craftsmanship of all work done by oneself and others on each project.
- You will travel to perform mechanical and electrical infield work.
- You will travel to start-up equipment and train customer representatives at customer’s facility.
- You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing.
- You have a two-year technical degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Machine Assembly Technology, Automotive, Diesel or similar (this is a plus).
- You have the ability to work together as a team to reach the common goal.
- You have a valid driver’s license.
