This Is How You WOW
- Responsible for managing Key Account relationships within TG, with focus on direct sales strategy
- Accountable for Revenue, Gross Margin, and growth
- Prepare and negotiate national agreements, focused on solution selling approach with equipment, chemicals, parts and service
- Engage and support opportunities with regional BDMs, RSMs & IRSMs
- Provide product and process training to customers
- Recommend and implement targeted marketing and promotion programs and actively
- Participate in the planning and evaluation process with marketing management to develop effective promotion activity within assigned markets.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of work experience as a national account manager
- Excellent knowledge of sale analysis and metrics
- Proven track record of solid account management skills
