About The Role
- Be a positive member of the operations team
- Making sure you are retaining drivers and keeping them happy
- Maximize your driver’s miles and ensure you are meeting monthly mileage goals
- Work closely with our service and operations departments
- Manage driver routes, and ensure drivers have quality time at home
- Always strive to be the best communicator, with your drivers, load planners, service team, and each company department
Ideal Candidate
- You love meeting new people and enjoy a wide range of personalities
- Transportation, supply chain or logistics experience (preferred)
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to multitask
- You have a proven track record of managing projects and goals. From planning, execution, reporting and analysis
- You thrive in high-energy environment where you need to wear different hats on different days
- You can manage challenging situations and people as needed
- You are effective at communicating a wide range of information
