### **Key Responsibilities & Success Metrics**
#### **1. Dispatch Operations & Load Management (40%)**
✅ Ensure 100% of loads are covered daily without disruptions.
✅ Effectively plan and assign drivers based on availability, compliance, and efficiency.
✅ Fill in for dispatch team members during vacations or absences.
✅ Assist in optimizing load planning & routing to maximize profitability.
✅ Maintain strong communication with drivers for smooth operations.
✅ Facilitate daily team huddles to ensure successful fleet movement.
**Success Metrics:**
- No missed loads due to dispatch issues.
- Load efficiency rating of 90% (on-time dispatch & delivery).
- Clear and documented dispatch processes with minimal driver complaints.
#### **2. Driver Recruitment & Onboarding (30%)**
✅ Monitor and respond to Facebook ad comments & inquiries.
✅ Follow up with potential drivers to maintain a strong pipeline.
✅ Screen driver applications efficiently, ensuring compliance with hiring standards.
✅ Schedule & conduct interviews and assist in hiring decisions.
✅ Manage driver deployment and coordinate smooth onboarding.

- New hires meet company retention rate goals (e.g., 80% retention past 90 days).
- 95% response rate to inquiries & comments within 1 hour.

✅ Handle and document insurance claims efficiently.
