What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Production Team Member position at K&S Wire Products, Inc.?
K&S Wire has immediate openings for quality people to join our production staff. K&S Wire is an industry leader in wire forming and welding. We are an employee-owned company.
Day Shift - 5:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Thursday
Night Shift - 3:30pm - 2:00am Monday - Thursday
Regular Duties Include:
- Follow and participate in our SAFETY culture. We are a SHARP Certified company.
- Learn, run, and monitor machine operations.
- Report job related information via paperwork.
Essential Duties Include:
- Ability to communicate with co-workers
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to work around moving machinery
- Accomplish quality checks on work
- Keep area clean, adhering to all safety procedures
- Operate machine as assigned while producing quality parts within standards
- Work wearing proper PPE including ear plugs, eye protection, and gloves as required
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to lift 30 pound repetitively
- Mechanical ability considered a plus
- Previous manufacturing work experience preferred
