Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have valid identification
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

Job Qualifications:

• Preferred experience includes troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems used in injection molding, extrusion, and high-speed assembly equipment.
• Must be proficient in reading and interpreting basic mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics, prints, and service manuals to effectively troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Must freely share their knowledge and skills with other personnel.
• Should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, a strong drive for results, and demonstrate effective teamwork and collaboration.
• Strong decision-making skills are essential.

Job Description:

• Conducts preventive maintenance inspections and services on machinery.
• Cleans machinery and components thoroughly, removing and reinstalling parts as necessary.
• Lubricates and oils moving parts to ensure optimal performance.
• Documents and reports any damaged, worn, or broken parts.
• Orders and installs replacement parts for machinery.
• Diagnoses the causes of unexpected machinery breakdowns.
• Efficiently repairs malfunctioning machinery.
• Prepares detailed reports on work performed.
• Maintains cleanliness, organization, inventory, and stocking of shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.
• Coordinates with management to schedule regular maintenance on machinery.
• Collaborates with product managers or plant engineers regarding the integration of new products and necessary modifications.
• Implements necessary modifications and conducts test runs; consults with product managers regarding test results and makes further adjustments to machinery as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Available Shifts:

Second Shift: M-TH 330pm-2am

Weekend Shift: FRI-SUN 5am-630pm
