Construction/Concrete Laborer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring.
- Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required for specific tasks.
- Perform physical labor including lifting heavy materials, digging trenches, and assisting with site preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Skills
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
