Job Description:

K Systems Solutions (KSS) is seeking a proactive and dynamic Order Management Admin to join our Order Management team. This full-time, hybrid (2 days on, 3 days off) position is from 9am to 5pm EST and offers the opportunity to grow within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for new and current employees on order management processes and systems.
• Represent the Order Management team in cross-functional meetings and deliver results and updates back to the team.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on processes and procedures for the Order Management team.
• Keep the Order Management knowledge base up to date.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and management.
• Develop and maintain training materials and documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to team members on order management best practices.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data and generate reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience in end-user training and peer training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word, One Drive, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or NAV, or other ERP, CRM, or PIM systems
• Previous experience in order management or order fulfillment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Technologically savvy.
• A desire to grow and advance within KSS.
