Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead key initiatives in the Division Information Security Plan, collaborating with both Division and Global teams to enhance defenses.
- Investigate and resolve cybersecurity incidents, partnering with experts in Network, Infrastructure, and the Global SOC team to safeguard systems.
- Drive the NIST CSF assessment process, identifying gaps and implementing innovative solutions to maintain a strong security posture.
- Manage penetration testing and vulnerability remediation efforts, providing creative solutions and security consulting to infrastructure teams.
- Ensure robust security during major Division projects such as Power BI and ERP system upgrades, maintaining high standards throughout.
- Oversee IT supply chain security processes, including vendor assessments and enhancing SAAS and application inventory controls.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, contributing expertise in IAM, SASE, Zero-Trust, and other cutting-edge solutions.
- Boost cybersecurity awareness by supporting the rollout of impactful training programs for IT staff and end users.
- Define and track success through the development and monitoring of KPIs and SLAs, working closely with the Division Director.
- Continuously refine policies and procedures, collaborating with Division and Global teams to strengthen cyber defenses.
