Job Title: Product & Program Manager
We are hiring For Product & Program Managers with similar core responsibilities. This role combines Product Management and Program Execution expertise and supports cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality user experiences.

Product & Program Manager Plano, TX
Location Requirement: Must be able to work from the office at least 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder relationships across product, design, engineering, legal, fraud, and other key teams.
- Oversee and track product execution across multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
- Develop and manage the requirement intake process and maintain dependency tracking.
- Focus Area Plano:
- Lead content curation efforts in collaboration with workstreams and Legal.
- Experience with Help Center content, preferably with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), is a strong plus.
- Write clear, structured product requirement documentation.
- Manage JIRA tickets and Confluence boards to track dependencies and timelines.
- Create user journey flowcharts and collaborate with UX designers and content teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Participate in SCRUM ceremonies such as backlog pre-refinement, refinement, and sprint planning.
- Support validation testing for product releases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on user needs and product vision.
