Duration: Contract (6 Months) - Day 1 - Onsite
Job Description :
- Hands-on experience with Avaya Communication Manager / Cisco / Zoom/Voice Mail Applications
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Avaya / Cisco
- Ability to work closely with business and technology counterparts to understand enterprise objectives.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to prepare operating instructions and procedures
- Working with different Telecom Service providers and OEM vendors
- Work on MDF/IDF cabling and patching for legacy digital and analog phones for Avaya systems.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve telephony issues.
- Day-to-day operations tasks, incident management, and MI:
- Monitor and manage daily operations of Avaya systems.
- Respond to and resolve incidents promptly to minimize downtime.
- Generate and analyze management information reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
