Project Manager
Project Manager to implement heavy civil construction projects from bid to closeout. Ability to interface with clients in a professional manner, think outside the box to solve complex and challenging projects, manage multiple projects simultaneously, Keep the client’s interest our main priority.
Qualifications
2 Years of experience as Project Manager working in heavy civil construction
Strong knowledge of project scheduling software similar or equal to
Good with Word, Excel and Adobe PDF software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
Administer projects as prime contractor and subcontractor
Manage all project documentation.
Assist with estimating and proposals
Collaborate with current and potential clients.
Generate subcontracts and manage subcontractors
Manage quality control
Prepare project schedules and pay estimates
Work with project engineers to create submittals and other documents.
Prepare change orders and extra work claims
Generate various project documents
Respond to client service needs and requests
