K&W Engineers is a growing site design / planning / landscape architecture and civil engineering consulting firm. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer / Landscape Architect Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Manage projects relating to all aspects of land development, including site layout and design, grading, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, NPDES permitting, sewer and water facilities, and related design / permitting work.
- Prepare site plans, grading plans, utility plans, and other construction documents.
- Prepare and submit permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies.
- Manage project budgets and schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and field investigations.
- Mentor junior staff.

Education :
BS in in Landscape Architecture (preferred) or Civil Engineering
Current RLA (or P.E.)
Minimum Requirements :
5-8 years of experience in Project Management. This includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, the overall financial performance of your projects, and team development and growth.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn as well as develop others.
Comfortable managing a project team in a hybrid work environment.
