Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpet cleaning, floor care, buffing, and other related tasks
- Execute custodial duties to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Conduct commercial cleaning activities in accordance with established protocols
- Provide environmental services to maintain hygienic conditions
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to achieve desired results
Qualifications
- Previous experience in floor care and maintenance is preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and commercial cleaning procedures
- Ability to operate buffing machines and other cleaning equipment effectively
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Understanding of environmental service standards and best practices
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,100.00 per month
