Job Overview

K1 Speed is a leading provider of high-speed racing experiences. As a General Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our center by overseeing daily operations and implementing strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage center staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement operational plans to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with K1 Speed's policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and employees.
• Monitor and control expenses to achieve financial targets.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to share best practices and promote company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

Education and Experience
High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Business or Hospitality preferred. At least 5 years of experience in food and beverage management or related field. Proven track record of leadership and successful team management.

Skills and Qualifications
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software applications.

Work Environment
Position requires working in a high-energy environment with frequent exposure to noise and stress. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds safely.
