The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide exceptional therapy services to students in schools. Full-time, school-based position in Port Lavaca, TX.
Job Description
Conduct assessments to evaluate student speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Provide therapy services individually and in group settings. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
