Overview:
We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. As a skilled laborer, you will play a crucial role in various construction and restoration projects. If you have experience in the restoration industry and possess skills such as framing, cabinet installation, door hanging, flooring installation, drywall, assembling, caulking, and trim carpentry, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Perform cabinet installation and door hanging tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Install various types of flooring materials according to specifications
- Conduct drywall repair or enhance surfaces
- Assemble components and structures following provided instructions
- Apply caulking to seal gaps and joints for waterproofing purposes
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects within deadlines
-Have an inventory of their own hand tools to use alongside company provided tools and supplies
Requirements:
-2 years of carpentry experience preferred.
- Proven experience in the restoration industry.
- Proficiency in framing, cabinet installation, door hanging, and trim carpentry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to follow instructions accurately - Read and interpret blueprints, plants, sketches, design details or instructions from supervisors. - The ability to be versatile
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
-Able to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
