Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. Your friendly and professional demeanor will create a positive impression and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests, greet guests, assign rooms, and process payments
- Take reservations, verify bookings and sign up reward members
- Address guest needs, resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Answer phone calls from guests, answer any questions they may have regarding hotel and local area
- Update hotel records of payments and bookings, and perform daily bucket checks to ensure guest information is accurate
- Work with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests
- Follow security and safety standards, and adhere to key control procedures
- Must adhere to front desk appearance; and keep front desk clean, orderly, and sanitized
- Weekends, holidays and ability to work 7-3, 3-11 or 11p-7a
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed
