Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Convergent Mediation for BRIM Consultant to lead the design, delivery, and implementation of scalable and efficient solutions within high-volume subscription environments. This role is ideal for a seasoned expert who thrives in a fast-paced project delivery environment, acting as a design authority while collaborating with key stakeholders and system integrators to achieve optimal solutions aligned with SAP's product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Leadership: Lead design sessions, define best practices, and deliver high-performance SAP Convergent Mediation solutions within SAP BRIM.
Project Delivery: Successfully drive full life-cycle implementations, from requirements gathering and design to testing and go-live.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with client stakeholders, business teams, and SI partners to challenge assumptions and minimize unnecessary customizations, ensuring alignment with SAP's strategic direction.
Industry Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of SAP BRIM in high-volume subscription environments; media and entertainment industry experience is a plus.
Risk Mitigation & Best Practices: Guide clients on SAP leading practices in multi-provider environments, ensuring solutions are cost-effective, scalable, and future proof.
Testing & Implementation: Oversee and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure a seamless transition to production.
Key Qualifications:
Extensive SAP BRIM Experience: Strong expertise in SAP Convergent Mediation, including solution architecture, configuration, and implementation.
Full Lifecycle Implementation: Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end SAP BRIM implementations in large-scale environments.
Design Authority & Advisory Expertise: Ability to challenge and guide clients and SI teams, ensuring optimal business and technical outcomes.
SAP Product Roadmap Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP BRIM's product evolution, with the ability to align solutions to SAP's standard capabilities.
Industry Experience: Experience in high-volume subscription models; media and entertainment sector experience is a plus.
Multi-Vendor Environment Expertise: Ability to work effectively in a multi-provider setting, ensuring collaboration, risk mitigation, and cost-effective delivery.
Technical & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of mediation platforms, usage-based billing, integrations with SAP Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and CI/FI-CA.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive consensus and ensure project success.
