Job Description:
Seeking a Technical Writer to support documentation efforts, upgrade and update presentation materials, and ensure clear process documentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather information, improve existing materials, and create high-quality documentation to support various teams.
Documentation & Process Development:
Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, process workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in documentation.
Slide & Presentation Upgrades:
Revise and enhance existing slides to improve readability, engagement, and alignment with company standards.
Ensure materials are up-to-date with the latest process changes and best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Information Gathering:
Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather relevant information and ensure accurate documentation.
Conduct interviews and research to fill in knowledge gaps and enhance documentation quality.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes and presentation materials.
Ensure all content is structured for easy comprehension and accessibility.
