Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Architect with strong expertise in Application Management Services (AMS) operations and SAP projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing SAP architectures, ensuring seamless integration across modules and third-party applications, and driving operational excellence in AMS environments. Experience with Thomson Reuters applications integration will be considered a valuable advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize SAP architecture across different modules and business processes.

Lead SAP AMS operations, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of SAP environments.

Define and oversee SAP best practices, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with AMS teams to ensure efficient incident resolution, change management, and continuous improvement.

Provide technical leadership in SAP projects and upgrades, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal business disruption.

Ensure SAP system integration with third-party applications, including Thomson Reuters solutions (e.g., Onesource DFE, Tax One).

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align SAP capabilities with business and IT strategies.

Oversee SAP security, compliance, and risk management, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Support automation and innovation initiatives to improve SAP AMS efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to SAP teams, fostering knowledge sharing and upskilling.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Extensive experience as an SAP Architect, with deep knowledge of SAP AMS operations and project implementations.

Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, PP, SD) and system integrations.

Proven ability to design and implement scalable, high-performing SAP architectures.

Experience in managing AMS operations, including incident management, service level agreements (SLAs), and continuous improvement.

Proficiency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.

Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Experience with Thomson Reuters applications integration (e.g., Onesource DFE, Tax One) is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and migration strategies.

Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, GCP).

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools for SAP environments.

Understanding of Brazilian tax and fiscal regulations in SAP implementations.

Prior experience working in consulting or Managed Services environments.

Certification in SAP Architecture, TOGAF, or ITIL is a plus.
