SAP Tech Lead/Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead/Project Manager to support our teams in managing projects and creating proposals for clients. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of project management expertise, full stack development experience, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a proactive leader who can bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including status updates, planning sessions, and retrospectives.

• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

• Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement full stack solutions using technologies such as Java, .Net, NodeJs, ReactJS, VueJS, or other languages.

• SAP Knowledge is a plus

• Review and approve technical designs, ensuring alignment with project requirements and best practices.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

• Client Engagement and Proposal Creation

• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, requirements, and objectives.

• Develop comprehensive project proposals, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource requirements.

• Present proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns, and securing approval.

• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and satisfaction throughout the project.

• Communication and Collaboration

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment.

• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

• Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Mentor and coach team members, promoting professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

• Extensive experience as a full stack developer with proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: Java, .Net, NodeJs, ReactJS, VueJS, or other relevant languages.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

• English proficiency.

• Spanish proficiency is a plus.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
