Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead/Project Manager to support our teams in managing projects and creating proposals for clients. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of project management expertise, full stack development experience, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a proactive leader who can bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including status updates, planning sessions, and retrospectives.

Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

Technical Leadership

Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement full stack solutions using technologies such as Java, .Net, NodeJs, ReactJS, VueJS, or other languages.

SAP Knowledge is a plus

Review and approve technical designs, ensuring alignment with project requirements and best practices.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Client Engagement and Proposal Creation

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, requirements, and objectives.

Develop comprehensive project proposals, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource requirements.

Present proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns, and securing approval.

Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and satisfaction throughout the project.

Communication and Collaboration

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment.

Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

Extensive experience as a full stack developer with proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: Java, .Net, NodeJs, ReactJS, VueJS, or other relevant languages.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

English proficiency.

Spanish proficiency is a plus.
