K2 Pure Solutions is a leading manufacturer of chlorine-based chemicals, operating a modern chlor-alkali production facility in Northern California. We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Engineer - Chlor-Alkali Production to join our team and contribute to the safe and efficient production of high-quality products.
- As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) operational requirements are met, and that all processes are optimized for maximum efficiency and productivity.
You will have a strong background in chemical engineering fundamentals and experience with chlor-alkali production facilities. Your excellent technical skills combined with your ability to communicate complex ideas simply will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
- We are looking for someone who can provide technical advising on operations, optimize production efficiency, and participate in advanced troubleshooting and coaching others to learn these skills.
- Additionally, you will coordinate and assist in the implementation of minor plant system changes, including small equipment additions, modifications, and deletions, as well as minor process design.
In this role, you will also be responsible for coordinating and following up on improvement projects related to production efficiency, providing operational and technical support to project coordinators for large, extensive plant system changes, and assisting in writing and reviewing Unit Operating Procedures.
- We offer a competitive total compensation package, including strong benefits, perks, and bonuses. Our salary range for this role is between 110K - 185K annually, depending on education, experience, and skills.
