- With a strong understanding of chlor-alkali production processes and a proven track record of driving process improvements, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) operational requirements are met.
You will work closely with our operations team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Your excellent technical skills combined with your ability to communicate complex ideas simply will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

- Additionally, you will be responsible for participating in advanced troubleshooting and coaching others to learn these skills, as well as coordinating and assisting in the implementation of minor plant system changes.
In this role, you will also be responsible for coordinating and following up on improvement projects related to production efficiency, providing operational and technical support to project coordinators for large, extensive plant system changes, and assisting in writing and reviewing Unit Operating Procedures.
