The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safe operation of our plant by taking ownership of all Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Plan (RMP) programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain process safety initiatives, policies, and procedures
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process safety initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of direct experience in process safety or experience within a PSM facility with highly hazardous chemical management
- Strong leadership and project management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and interpersonal skills
