Summary :
In the life of a Senior Document Management System (DMS) Engineer, you can expect to work with a smart team of Document Management and application experts who support multiple clients across the US. We are actively recruiting for DMS Engineers across the nation.
The Senior DMS Engineer will be working with clients to support and maintain core legal applications (e.g. iManage, NetDocuments, Litera, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) in both on premise and cloud-based environments.
Role and Responsibilities :
The Senior DMS Engineer will be working with clients to install, upgrade, customize and maintain legal DMS systems in both on premise and cloud-based environments.
Design, implement, and configure core iManage modules such as IDOL / RAVN, Comm Server, Share, Drive, SPM, Threat Manager, etc.
Design, implement, and configure core NetDocuments modules such as ndMail, ndLink, etc.
Perform full DMS cloud migrations.
Setup and configure DMS specific tools like Litera, RBRO, MacroAgility, etc.
Assist with authentication setup (SSO, MFA, SAML)
Perform mass document imports / exports in / out of DMS
Tier 3 user application support (specifically for iManage and NetDocuments)
Perform data analysis, gather and document user and functional requirements
Troubleshoot workspace creation issues
Integrations with other desktop applications
Troubleshooting on server, workstation or cloud
Perform system administrative functions
Assist with building and adding to documentation
Required Skills and Abilities :
Knowledge of the following Technical Environments :
iManage Work DMS applications (Work Server, Work 10 Desktop, RAVN, SPM, Threat Manager)
Legal desktop – e.g. iManage, NetDocuments, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Litera, etc.
Document import / export tools (native and third-party)
Education and Experience :
5 years working with legal DMS (specifically iManage or NetDocuments)
5 years’ experience with core iManage server applications version 10.x, desktop clients, IDOL / RAVN, iManage. Work, Cloudimanage.com, etc.
Must have a working knowledge of Windows Server, SQL, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with iManage Share, SPM, TM, third-party add-ons / integrations (server, cloud, and client-based applications) and programming concepts are beneficial.
Experience with the deployment of Work 10. Plus, a good understand of the client configuration options and the deployment of those options.
Bachelor’s degree in an IT related major
Strong written and verbal communication skills
