In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our global business units, understanding their operational challenges and developing innovative solutions to address them.

Job Description:

• You will design and build business processes and workflows that leverage Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
• You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver Power BI dashboards and visual tools that support KPI tracking, operational excellence, and performance management.
• You will lead and manage end-to-end delivery of process and analytics solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and drive adoption and sustained value.
• You will engage directly with global business stakeholders, helping them adopt and adapt to new tools and processes.
• You will develop streamlined, automated reporting and project management tools to replace fragmented manual processes.
• You will support and enhance existing tools and dashboards, ensuring continuous improvement based on user feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in Power BI (building advanced dashboards, data modeling).
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps (process digitization, workflow creation).
• Strong experience with SharePoint as a platform for document and process management.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement business processes, flows, and analytics solutions.
• Excellent business engagement and communication skills — ability to work globally and collaborate with all levels of stakeholders.
• Project management and delivery experience, ensuring solutions are rolled out efficiently and meet business needs.
• Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 tools to enhance automation.
