Position Summary

Our approach to modern marketing is different from the traditional view. We focus on efforts that add value, build trust, and create relationshipsnot just transactions. We do this through traditional brand awareness but, more importantly, by providing content that elevates our current and future partners and their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support :

Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing efforts across various channels (email, social channels, website content marketing, and more).
Assist in creating marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and contribute your unique thoughts and approaches to how we improve.

Digital Marketing :

Manage and update content on the company website and social media platforms.

Engage with online audiences by responding to comments and messages.

Analyze web and social media analytics to optimize content and engagement strategies.

Event Coordination :

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing customer appreciation events, live virtual events (we avoid calling them webinars at K3!), trade shows, workshops, and other unique ideas we come up with.

Help develop event agendas, promotional materials, and follow-up communications.

Administrative Tasks :

Maintain marketing databases and contact lists.

Assist with market research activities to identify trends and opportunities.

Provide general support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).

Understanding of modern marketing strategies and how they improve upon traditional methods in todays digital landscape.

Conceptual understanding of B2B technology and how to market technology services to businesses.

Genuine interest in marketing, event planning, and digital engagement within the technology sector.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut, DaVinci Resolve, etc. (strong plus).

Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
