What You’ll Do :
- Lead, train, and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure seamless daily operations, including staff scheduling, floor management, and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee reservations, table assignments, and flow of service to maximize efficiency and revenue.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the back-of-house team to maintain smooth communication and execution of service.
- Monitor inventory and supplies for front-of-house operations, including bar and service stations.
- Maintain a polished and welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the restaurant’s brand and standards.
