Position Overview :
The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase revenue, enhance brand visibility, and build strong client relationships. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue across all restaurant locations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including private dining, corporate events, catering, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
