We are looking for an experienced Deck Building & Maintenance Estimator to join our team. As an estimator, you will be responsible for assessing project requirements, calculating costs, and providing accurate estimates for deck building and maintenance projects.
Responsibilities:
- Visit job sites to assess deck building and maintenance requirements.
- Measure and evaluate project areas to estimate material and labor costs.
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and project needs.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and proposals.
- Work with project managers to ensure estimates align with project budgets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, material costs, and local building codes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and team members.
- Strong math and analytical skills for cost calculation and budgeting.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Commission-based pay only—earn based on the projects you estimate and close.
- We do not reimburse for fuel or travel expenses, so reliable transportation is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
