What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin - Dog Training and Daycare position at K9 Connection- WNY?
K9 Connection in Buffalo, NY is looking for someone to fulfill the role Admin and Customer Support !
The ideal candidate will be upbeat, motivated, collaborative, very organized, and have excellent communication skills.
Duties include:
- Initiating Customer Contact (from online training inquiries) and counselling prospective clients about our programs
- Managing Training and Kennel Schedules
- New Client Enrollment
- Ongoing Client Communication
- Minor Book Keeping - Invoicing and reconciliation of accounts
- Communicating with managers and staff
- Some minor handling of dogs required (handing off to owner)
- Light cleaning (reception area)
Our office uses Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Calendar.
Candidates with experience in the Dog Training, Dog Daycare or Veterinary industry preferred, but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
