We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dog-loving Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and help us deliver a “wow experience” to every client—human and canine alike!
**Job Description:**
As a CSR at K9 Resorts, you’ll be the welcoming face of our facility, ensuring every client feels valued and every dog is set up for a tail-wagging stay. You’ll manage front-desk operations with a smile, handle bookings, and keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced, pet-friendly environment. If you love dogs and thrive on making people happy, this is the perfect role for you!
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet clients and their pets with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Answer phone calls, schedule tours, and manage reservations efficiently.
- Register new clients, process payments, and maintain accurate records (e.g., vet vaccination forms).
- Coordinate daily check-ins and check-outs, logging notes on pet needs or preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping in the lobby and hallways to keep our space pristine.
- Monitor supply levels and report shortages to management.
- Provide facility tours to prospective clients when managers are unavailable.
- Answer questions about services, policies, and pet care with confidence and clarity.
- Step in for basic pet care tasks (e.g., feeding or medicating) if directed by a manager.
**Qualifications:**
- A genuine love for dogs and a passion for customer service.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Comfortable with computers (Microsoft Office, reservation systems, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, upbeat, and able to multitask in a busy setting.
- Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!
