This is a paid internship open to graduate-level students currently enrolled in a master’s program (MBA, MS in Hospitality, or similar). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and be available to work on-site in Berkeley Heights, NJ. What You’ll Do
- Serve as a direct support to the CEO, helping manage priorities, timelines, and high-level initiatives
- Prepare executive-level presentations, briefings, and internal communications
- Track progress on key initiatives across departments and report on outcomes
- Coordinate with leadership teams to ensure alignment and follow-through
- Research trends, competitors, or emerging opportunities and provide recommendations
- Help manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and cross-functional communications
- Enrolled in a graduate program (hospitality or business preferred)
- Strong communicator with excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with confidential information
- Analytical thinker who can manage multiple projects and priorities
- Adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast paced setting
- A keen attention to detail
