As a Customer Service Representative, you’re the first point of contact for our furry guests and their humans. Your goal? To provide a WOW experience by making every visitor feel like a VIP—whether they have two legs or four!

What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Provide top-notch hospitality and make each guest feel special
- Accept payments and manage reservations in our system
- Answer phone inquiries and schedule appointments
- Give tours of our facility to potential customers
- Ensure dogs are placed in the correct areas and receive any necessary care
- Feed, medicate, and provide personal playtimes for dogs as needed
- Take dogs outside for elimination breaks and monitor daycare activities
- Help keep our facility clean and organized
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service rockstar – you love making people and pets feel at home
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Social Media Expertise - comfortable with creating content and posting across our social platforms
- Great communicator – friendly, professional, and ready to assist clients
- Adaptable and proactive – can multitask and solve problems on the go
- Dog lover – passionate about caring for and interacting with dogs
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Must complete our K9 Resorts Certification Program
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Ability to commute/relocate to Stamford, CT 06902
Shifts Available:
Flexible scheduling with options including:
- Morning shifts (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Evening shifts (11 AM - 7 PM)
- 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts
