Job Description

KA Cleaning Solutions is seeking dedicated and experienced professional cleaners to join our team. We specialize in providing top-tier cleaning services for commercial properties, including medical offices and various other office environments. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.

- Empty trash bins and replace liners.

- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and in good working condition.

- Follow all health and safety regulations, especially in medical office settings.

- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap in restrooms and other areas.

- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.

- Work independently or as part of a team to ensure thorough cleaning of assigned areas.

- Complete tasks according to the client's specific requirements and schedules.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a cleaner in commercial settings, particularly medical offices.

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in medical office cleaning.

- Bilingual skills are a plus.
