Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Front Office team as a Part-Time Overnight Front Desk Agent or Blended Full-Time Front Desk Agent at the Ka'anapali Ali'i located in Lahaina, Hawaii. This position requires at least 2-overnight shifts. - Pay Rate: $23.87 to $24.45 an hour

Responsibilities
The Blended Schedule Overnight Front Desk Agent provides record account reconciliation services and reporting. In addition, covers shifts, days off and vacation for the full-time night auditor. As the Night Auditor, he or she is responsible for all front desk, and PBX duties during their shift.
Qualifications
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be computer literate.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must be a self-starter, work with minimal supervision, and be pro-active in your approach to problem solving.
- Experience in night audit preferred, related experience such as cashiering, bookkeeping, accounting will be considered.
- Reconcile and replenish front desk cash drawers, make necessary change, verifies balance, etc.
- Prepare check-outs with separate incidental folios.
- Maintains contact with security officer to communicate emergency situations as needed.
- Answers the telephone and provides reception for the front desk which includes check-in and check-out services.
- Assists guests and owners professionally and cordially at all times.
