As an EBA Generalist, you will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and defining business requirements, ensuring that they align with the organization's goals and objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and project teams to deliver effective solutions that improve healthcare processes. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple assignments, and a deep understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:-
Requirements Elicitation and Facilitation: Lead meetings and workshops to gather and refine business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and thorough understanding.

Documentation: Create, manage, and maintain high-quality documentation for business requirements, including epics, user stories, use cases, and process flows.

Collaboration with Agile Teams: Work alongside Agile product teams, assisting in writing and prioritizing epics and user stories for effective sprint planning and backlog management.

Waterfall Methodology: Manage projects using a traditional waterfall approach when necessary, ensuring proper documentation, timelines, and milestone tracking.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear, consistent communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment and understanding of business goals.

Healthcare Expertise: Apply healthcare knowledge to understand and define requirements that meet both regulatory standards and business needs.

Multitasking and Prioritization: Balance multiple projects, assignments, and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Proven experience in requirements elicitation and facilitation, with a strong ability to engage stakeholders and gather comprehensive business needs.

Experience in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred, with familiarity in writing epics, user stories, and supporting sprint cycles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively document and articulate business requirements.

Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Healthcare experience or knowledge is a significant plus, with a strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, processes, and terminology.
