EBA Generalist

Role: EBA Generalist

Position: Contract

Location: 100% Remote, (Sacramento, CA)

Duration: 24 Month (Long Term Contract)
Client: Blue Shield of California

Key Responsibilities:

Elicit and document business requirements through facilitation.

Collaborate with stakeholders using waterfall and agile methodologies.

Write epics, user stories, and assist in product development.

Utilize JIRA, GRID, and MS Office suite for documentation and tracking.

Contribute to healthcare-related projects, providing domain expertise.

Qualifications:

Strong requirements elicitation and facilitation skills.

Experience in both waterfall and agile environments.

Proficiency in JIRA, GRID, and MS Office tools.

Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
