Epicor P21 ERP Consultant

Job Title: Epicor P21 ERP Consultant Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for the Prophet 21 ERP system and its users.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage and maintain P21, SQL databases, reports, and system integrations.
• Administer user access, security roles, and environment instances (DEV/TEST/PROD).
• Create and support customizations including Dynachange, BAQs, business rules, and Crystal Reports.
• Plan, test, and deploy system upgrades and patches.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
• Train users and document key processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement ERP best practices.

Key Skills Required

• Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) system expertise
• SQL Server database management, performance tuning, and query optimization
• Crystal Reports creation and maintenance
• ERP Troubleshooting & Support root cause analysis, issue resolution
• System Administration user/security setup, environment maintenance
• Business Analysis process improvement, documentation
• Customization & Reporting Dynachange, BAQs, business rules
• Change Management patching, upgrades, version control
