Role: Salesforce Developer (Only H1B)
Location: New York
Initial remote is fine/ Onsite position
Duration: 12 months

Minimum 10 plus of experience in IT
Recent Banking/Finance Domain must have
Technical Skills
- Salesforce-Specific Knowledge
- Proficiency in Apex (Salesforce's proprietary programming language).
- Experience with Visualforce for custom UI development.
- Understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools like Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Object Relationships and Schema Design.
- Development & Integration
- Proficient in REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Connect and external data integrations.
- Data migration and ETL tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or third-party tools like Mulesoft or Informatica.
- Coding & Programming
- Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Experience with frameworks like Angular or React (optional but valuable).
- AppExchange & Packages
- Knowledge of AppExchange solutions and Salesforce package management (managed/unmanaged).
- Security
- Understanding of Salesforce security features: Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and OAuth2.0.
- Testing & Deployment
- Experience in writing unit tests for Apex classes.
- Familiarity with deployment tools like Ant Migration Tool, Salesforce CLI, or Change Sets.
