As a Home Health Administrator for KabaFusion, you will establish, initiate, implement, and evaluate the goals and objectives that align with the high standards of care we expect for our patients. Esse ntial Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures the quality and safe delivery of infusion nursing services in conjunction with Director of Nursing and other branch nursing leaders
- Oversee the management of the hiring, onboarding, evaluating, training of nursing staff for assigned offices and teams
- Review and interpret operational metrics to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and company budget goals
- Assesses and coordinat es management and clinical educational opportunities for assigned offices and direct reports
- Manages assigned projects and works with the AVP of Nursing team to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements
What you bring as a Home Health Administrator :
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other relevant Health Care Field, Master's Degree preferred
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
- 5 years of management experience with a home infusion provider, home health agency, or related organization
- Thorough knowledge of the home health regulations in the state of employment
