Our home infusion RNs play an integral role in this process, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team of pharmacists, pharmacy techs, intake representatives, and the sales team across the continuum of care to ensure that prescribed infusion therapies can be safely and effectively administered in the home setting.
About the role:
As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be directly responsible for monitoring the quality of care our patients receive. You’ll do this by assisting with hiring, training, and orienting staff along with coordinating new starts by working collaboratively with sales, intake, and pharmacy. Aside from that, you’ll ensure we stay compliant with state and ACHC regulations and that our patients continue to receive the level of care that KabaFusion is known for.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of current Home Health Regulations, Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs) as applicable and other accrediting body standards.
- Works cooperatively with all professional health members, conducts team conference and provides for continuity of care and coordination among disciplines and other departments.
- Participates in quality management programs and performance improvement based on the Agency needs.
What you bring:
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
- 3 years of experience as registered nurse in a home health agency
- 2 years of supervisory or management experience
