We’re looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to handle fieldwork for a variety of survey types, including Boundary, ALTA, and Topographic surveys. This role is primarily field-based, requiring travel to job sites throughout the region. You’ll spend the bulk of your time outdoors, collecting data and ensuring accuracy in our survey work.

• Conduct field surveys accurately and efficiently.
• Interpret and apply office research to execute proper fieldwork.
• Collect field data and take detailed notes to ensure CAD teams can produce precise drawings.
• Work in various outdoor conditions, including summer heat and winter cold.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.

• Experience: At least two years of field experience as a Land Surveyor, specifically working on Boundary, ALTA, and Topographic surveys through data collection.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to walk and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.

• Experience with surveying equipment, CAD software, or drone surveying is a plus.
• Professional licensure or certifications are helpful but not required.
