Kable Staffing is in urgent need of an Assembly in Bellefontaine, OH. This position is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions
- Document inspection results by completing reports and logs
- Summarize re-work and waste
- Input data into Quality database
- Pack and label the product as needed
- Meet productivity standards after successfully completing training
- Comply with all safety, hazardous material and OSHA training, rules, and reporting, ensuring a safe work environment
REQUIREMENTS
- 18 years old
- Previous experience in a distribution center environment helpful
- Able to frequently lift up to 15 lbs.
- Maintain flexibility regarding job assignments, including other departments, brands, locations, and mandatory overtime
- Ability to stand continuously for long periods, up to 10 hours per day
- Work in repetitive environment that includes 1 or more of the following for up to 12 hours: grasp, grip, reach, pull, push, lift, bend, squat, kneel, twist, or balance
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Be a team player with an ability to work well with others
- Pass a background check and drug test
