MBS is hiring a Die SetUp Operator in Dayton, OH. This position is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and adjust die equipment according to specifications and production schedules.
- Collaborate with production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
- Inspect and maintain dies to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Document setup procedures and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on die equipment.
