Kable Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Worker in Cincinnati, OH. This is a temp to hire opportunity, full time position.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recyclables in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain restrooms by cleaning, restocking supplies, and addressing plumbing issues as needed.
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests or facility issues reported by staff.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify and address safety or maintenance concerns.
- Assist with moving furniture, setting up for events, or other physical tasks as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment.
