We are looking for an experienced recruiter/credentialer to join our team. The successful recruiter/credentialer will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates. The role will also be responsible for maintaining applicant tracking systems and preparing credentialing of office healthcare personnel for submission to the client, ensuring that all candidates meet client facility and accrediting agency standards.

Recruiter/Credentialer: Responsibilities:
- Provide full-cycle recruiting for allied health, nursing, and managerial positions.
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends and best practices.
- Proactively recruit and build pipelines to attract passive and active candidates.
- Cultivate lasting networking relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Verify and evaluate primary source verification of candidate credentials, maintaining currency of expired verification.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate applicant tracking system to manage candidate information.
- Efficiently manage multiple daily tasks, including internal and external communications.
- Provide support for other projects as needed.
Recruiter/Credentialer Skills:
- Experience in healthcare staffing in recruitment and/or credentialing.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High energy, outstanding work ethic, friendly personality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to multitask, maintain accurate records and documentation, have excellent organizational skills, and be detail-oriented.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, absorb and retain new information.
Required Education:
- College coursework required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of one year of credentialing, recruiting, and/or interviewing experience in healthcare, preferably hiring for professional roles at multiple levels, licensed professionals, or nurses.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking and Onboarding System is preferred."
